You can't. That's assigned by your ISP, unless you're a super hacker. Otherwise you have a static IP.

Lol. That's what an anonymous proxy is. Edited. There are some proxies that do not forward your ip to the host and are not detectable as a proxy by the host.

Why would you want to go back where you're not welcome? Just curious.

Not the one that a forum would use to.ban someone. There are external ip's and internal ip.s. Your modem accepts the connection from your isp and is assigned an ip by the DHCP server at the ISP. You cannot change that IP. Your router has another ip, and also acts as a DHCP server. It assigns an internal ip to every device on your internal network. Nobody on the internet can see those - the 'internet' sees your IP as the one assigned to your modem by your ISP.

Google 'anonymous proxies'. Good ones that are useful are difficult to find. Even harder to find one that allows non authenticated connections. There are paid services too.

Your friend changed your router or local device ip, not the ISP assigned IP.

Even ISP IP can change from time to time simply by rebooting and turning everything off and unplugging them (Computer, router, switches) for a while. The thing you cant change is your mac address but if you know how it can be spoofed.

All that being said if it's one of your favorite sites why did you break the rules and get yourself banned? Why not take some time off and reflect on what you did. Get in touch with the Admin and ask to be allowed back on after you promise not to do whatever again.

If you simply try to trick them they will eventually catch on and you will be marked as a troll so at this point you either decide to be a troll or to stand up and learn from your mistake.
