Thread: Before and After so Far

    Constructive critisim needed. Farthest to the left is before.I know there not much difference but feel ive made progess

    Def some mass gained. I would say 20 pounds give or take.

    Curious question on chest building dumbells or bench press for mass?

    def getting a lot bigger. that's a huge debatable question. SOme like the squeeze in the dumbells, some say barbell. I like barbell, too much triceps In the dumbells for me...but maybe im not doing it right.

    Hmm Im wondering because of noticed my shoulder is becoming dominant could I push shoulder out of the equation with more bench?

    I wouldn't ever bother with benching. Just press with dumbbells.

    Ehh, i do flat bench every other week or so. I mainly concentrate on dumbbells, decline and incline bench.
