    Did I pull groin?

    Leg is stiff. Feels like im being kicked in the balls over and over. Should I stay outta gym?

    Just don't stress that leg until it heals. If the stiffness/discomfort increases and doesn't go away after a 4 or 5 days, have it checked out.
