How Much Extra Lean Mass Has Cycling Afforded You???
just curious about this.. one of the big things about cycling is keeping/losing gains.. i am curious to some of yall who have been cycling for awhile (and even those that have only done 1 cycle) as to how much lean mass u are carrying now versus how much u carried natty.
right now im carrying 176lbs lean mass at 5'9". personally i think id like to carry at least 190 to possibly 200lbs lean mass and im wondering what the likelihood of this is without blasting and cruising constantly.
i am aware this is individualistic but im curious to see if there is some sort of average or trend..

Hmmmm. 150 lbs at about 8% is 138. And 223 at 12.06% is 196. So........... 46 lbs in 17 years? Damn, that kinda sucks. But there was injuries, time off and lost mass in those years.

I started bodybuilding at 175lbs.... Got to 200 or so naturally then got to 255 with cycling. I've always maintained 12% or lower......

When I first started cycling (2 cycles ago) I was 172lbs total. 10-11~bf
I'm currently looking at 171lbs LBM totally off cycle. I'd count that as a win and I think I can maintain within +/-5lbs of that no problem.
I'd love to have a LBM of 190-200 tho

17+lbs LBM gained after 2 cycles and maintaining is a succes i would def agree.. for me that would spell 190lbs LBM at 5'9"..
i suppose what im really getting at is trying to make sure it is worth it to cycle. i dont want to do it if i cant carry extra LBM as a result and have it not be dependent of me staying on gear..

Well, thank you steroids minus the currently dead dick
Started at about 180 and 17 or so Bf%
Now, I am 200 flat & 12-14% Bf
This is after: cycle one of just test, cycle 2 of a little dbol and a gram a week of test for two months. Then I just fvck it and stayed on for another 3-4 months on just 200mg of test. Right after that I ran about 100mg QD of Tren & Mast and 50mg of test. < yeah, I went hard. A little too hard.
Now, I have been off for a month and so far have maintained both strength and weight.
This is over a little less than a year and a half total. Natural = impossible
Running another set of heavy cycles within the next year most likely. I want to see 220 @ 10%Bf < I'm thinking that should be quite solid. This shit is just not obtainable without mad gear.

You would keep your gains 405, IMO, because you do everything else correctly. Whether you need to or not? Who can say?
I started at 155 ish lbs ... That after gaining 20 naturally. Easily under 10% bf but so are victims of starvation. I'm currently 224lbs at 6' at maybe 15% bf which is mostly concentrated around the midsection. I took 10yrs off from the gym completely - pretty much no physical activity that.didn't involve my hand shoving food in my mouth and maintained the lbm part of it - covered with a 'healthy' layer of fat lol. So in about 15 years lifting cumulative total, I gained and kept about 70lbs lbm by my loose estimation.
I'm my particular case there is no way in hell that would have happened without AAS. I started too early but luckily I don't need trt knock on wood (haha)
