    You can weigh whatever you want. What would you like to weigh at 12%?

    If you just cut without adding any lean mass, you'd be 178 lbs assuming you don't burn of any muscle...

    you really think i can add lean mass while cutting down to 12%?
    people on bodybuilding.com say you can't
    should i just lift heavy while keeping protein high (200g)?

    i'm 6'2 btw

    If you're in a hurry like the rest of the world, no, you can't. If you take your time, absolutely you can. 200gr protein isn't that high. It's just right for you, though. 185 to 200 is plenty. Lift, cardio, eat less, etc...
