If you just cut without adding any lean mass, you'd be 178 lbsassuming you don't burn of any muscle...

If you're in a hurry like the rest of the world, no, you can't. If you take your time, absolutely you can. 200gr protein isn't that high. It's just right for you, though. 185 to 200 is plenty. Lift, cardio, eat less, etc...
