I had to google the name..
Carowinds is a 398-acre (161 ha) amusement park, located adjacent to Interstate 77 on the border between North and South Carolina, in Charlotte and Fort Mill, respectively. The park opened on March 31, 1973, at a cost of $70 million.

Ha, I took the daughter to Wildwaves last week and on one of the rides called the Timberaxe that swings back and forth and around. When the cage closed around us and the spot where your arm is supposed to rest I could not move my arm up or down an inch because it was pinched in place. It felt like trying to fit your arm into one of the store blood pressure machines. lol
You know the best thing about amusement parks or at least amusement parks/water parks? All the girls walking around in their bikinis.Last edited by lovbyts; 07-21-2013 at 08:29 PM.

That's a good time. We usually go to Rock on the Range in Columbus then hot Cedar Point and an Indians game on the way home.

Speaking of amusement parks. You may want to double check that lap bar before your ride takes off. That being said, I always do check mine many times

We have Kings Island here and I have a problem because I'm overweight. I'm not a big roller coaster fan but sometimes I want to get on. Just got to continue losing weight.

before I had my breast reduction surgery I actually did have this problem lol we were at Six Flags in New England Massachusetts in the harNes part was supposed to come down over you and clasp between your legs it was one of those rides at spin around and also upside down and my ex husbands best friend was sitting next to me because he was the only other person that wasn't a chicken in our group ...we couldn't fit the harness over my chest. we were freaking the **** out! like literally he and I and the people around us were screaming for the attendnet because it wouldn't buckle down and I seriously thought I was going to die. but that was just one ride. all the other rides are fine. and yes eventually we could get it snap down cuz I really wanted to go on this ride lol
