    workout music!?

Looking for some new workout songs. What are you listening to?

    Currently I'm listening to:
    The Browning
    Parkway Drive
    Suicide Silence
    Rob Bailey

I'm into heavy stuff right now, some dubstep and hip hop.. Really anything that gets me pumped.

I still don't get how people can listen to music while they lift. I can't hear anything when I'm doing a set. I feel like my senses shut off and the the entire world surrounding me ceases to exist until the set is done. Does anyone else feel like that when they work out?

Total silence for me is best.

I don't need to get pumped up or anything, but music does seem to motivate me rather than distract. Just me tho, and I'm stuck on hip-hop right now sad to say.

I like to wear the headphones to keep others from talking to me.

I love to have my tunes! It's not so much motivation or to pump me up as it is just keeping my mood and energy high!
I've always been a music guy.. Played lead guitar in a few bands in high school, have done some production for myself. It's a huge part of my life.

I can't believe no one has a gym play list to share haha..

I hear you about keeping the phones on to keep the talkers away too though ha even if my ipod dies I keep the ear buds in! I can't stand the chatters at the gym!

And yes I will admit, for sure during the set I'm in my own world. Actually I hadn't really thought about it until you say that but I really don't even hear the music until I set the weight down.

But in between!.. Oh yeah I'm rockin out! I'm the annoying guy singing out loud in the gym haha sorry. Just tell my to shut up

I need music for everything, not just working out. When I'm lifting, I like harder shit Like Rage Aginst the Machine, NIN, Slipknot. TOOL is probably my favorite band. If you like the dubstep/hiphop/trap best website I know for new music is this song is sick They've got some of the illest remixes/mashups coming out all the time. If you go back in their song listings, you'll probably find a ton of shit you'll like. Gotta sift through it though. It goes back a few years.

Just looked on there... this site is coming out with remixes like this all the time... I fckin hate the original of this song. Crank the bass for full effect obviously. Gets good at around a minute in. Enjoy or Don't Yolanda Be Cool & D Cup - We No Speak Americano (BUSTED By HeRobust) - YouTube Some ill Trap right there

AraabMusik is dope too if you like the dubstep/hiphop/trap shit. You've probably heard of him though.

Since I can't block out the noise around me at the gym, music allows me to separate myself from the current surroundings.

    Love Lifting with music

Jay-z to Slipknot to Metallica to hank Williams jr

    Psychs me up
Blocks out the other music being pumped into the gym
    People won't chat

Never sung along, but will lip sync if I'm feeling it
