    whats the deal with the guy acting all psychotic and stuff but the officer didnt have his weapon drawn...or even taser for that matter....he didnt even subdue the guy..it only took 6 1/2 mins for that lol

    lol I didnt say tase him for rollin around....but if the guy cause the damage he did...and obviously high on somethin...rollin around doin flips and growlin....I would at least have somethin in hand
