    Dilemma: Week seven of my 12 weeker, I'd prefer to not leave 4ml and 4 darts behind at home while I'm in Mexico for 7 days....

    Might be too oily to excuse for insulin as a diabetic explanation..

    Any ingenious ideas I haven't already thought of yet?

    I know I know , option one would have not to have gone on vacation mid cycle
