    Muscle magazines

Anybody read them looking for lifting and nutrition info? I just had a session with a trainer friend and she was a stickler for form. Slight changes on my form and I had to drop a lot of weight to keep form. Looking for mags to really show great form for lifts. Yes I look at YouTube but I want something portable. Suggestions?

Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.

What's wrong with the 80s? Big hair, short shorts and the beginning of the thong.
