    I can see it helping, but I can also see how it could affirm a racists beliefs. The parents/guardians pretty much abandoned the child and started running amok like they just saw Chris Angel levitate.

    Good video Austinite. It literally (in most cases), only takes a minute. During a snow storm years ago, I stopped to help a guy who was stuck on the side of the road after watching several other cars drive by. One guy even stopped after me, but not to help. He started yelling because the guy's car was in his way.

    Then a few minutes later, I got stuck on a hill and watched people drive up to where I was and turn around. Eventually somebody got out and gave me a push.
