    chest is getting bigger!

    Just thought I'd share a bit..
    Got fitted for a tux last night for my buddies wedding and my chest is up to 50 inches now! That's up from 47 almost a year ago and my body fat is down 21% from 27% at the same time

    Just so everyone is clear, as I go back and read my post it kinda sounds like I'm saying I'm down 21 from 27%bf leaving me at 6%.. Not the case haha
    I am currently at 21% where a year ago I was at 27%
