Couple of stores extended the black thurs-fri sales for all weekend. Was at wal-fart yesterday , tons of stuff leftover from Thursday's big sale. Either retailers overstocked or no one shopped thurs night.

Thanks. It's still going to be a little while before I get to enjoy it much. As you can see there is still a lot of work to be done before I/we can move in. The hardwood floors should be finished this week then we can start moving some stuff in but I still have all the plumbing to do, doors to install in including cabinet doors, back splash, some tile work in the bathroom, shower inclosure, appliances put in, all the trim and a lot of cleanup.

Not moved in but moving in yes. Hopefully by the end of this week we can start moving stuff in starting with the appliances then moving boxes we have had packed for over 2 months and still packing.

We MIGHT be able to spend the night by new years??? I need to get a move on and out of teh other place so I can get it rented because I'm damn near out of money since I'm about 20K over budget. Not that there ever really was a budget but I have had to spend way more than I should have.

Unknown at this point. Was parked while I was at work. Did some searching on a caddy forum, and it seems this year and model was prone to rear windows shattering out of the blue.

Turns out the gasket and sealant from GM was too rigid to allow for expansion of the glass. This was covered under warranty, but since this car is almost 9yrs old, I'm on the hook for it.

Oh that sucks. I hope you had the foresight to put down a large sheet of plastic inside before trying to remove it. Been there, done that and it makes a huge mess. You will be vacuuming forever and still finding pieces of glass for years to come. lol

That sh*t sucks when they wont cover something like that when they know good and well it's the same problem as the others. They should just do it to keep customer loyalty. It's a small price.

I was driving with the gf and we saw a truck with that sticker on it today. I was like "wtf..... Does that sticker say Slut Life on it?" And the gf goes "wow.... Yea I think it does....."
