Yeah I would let my son lift that age. As long I was supervising. He's 2 now and can already deadlift 8 lbs dumbells no problem. Lol, he loves it he's all boy that's for sure.
And yeah I noticed the 12 eggs for breakfast...lmao, gonna need a lot more than that for breakfast to get to 10k cals buddy.
