No I wont be going, seems my ass is anchored to the Middle East until December. However a few friends will be going and documenting the event.

Im guessing he will come in at 285. This seems to be his contest weight on average. Having said that, if he put on more muscle since New York then maybe 300 as you say. I see what your talking about regarding gyno, but I dont think it will be a problem. Time will tell.

I saw pics 10 weeks out at 315 and he looked huge and shredded then. If he has been gaining as easily as he said then that 300 or close to it might be realistic. Hope he doesn't just try and rely and mass and lose his waist. This kid has the most ridiculous shoulder cap.

Not as bad no. But 15 years is a long time and I suspect it will be frowned upon by the judges more now. It certainly takes away, a little, from somebody's physique. Maybe I look for gyno more than most people do though.

At 304 lbs on an empty stomach I think Ramy has about 12-15 more lbs to drop and should be ready to do battle.
