    End of summer

I'm sure a lot of you are watching the clock, counting the hours or minutes before you begin your Labor Day weekend celebration.

If your hitting the road please be safe, take your time and buckle up. If you are planning to enjoy a cocktail or 12, please have a DD. If you attending big BBQ bashes, remember to stay within your macros

Everyone have a great time and be safe

I'm just glad that my gym will finally ease up on the crowdedness.

I actually like when summer ends. I like a cool morning much more than going out at 5am and sweating before I even start moving. Not looking forward to the cold floor of my garage/gym - might have to get some chucks or something. Been lifting barefoot but that will suck this winter.
