aren't you already seeing a doc? follow his advice on the diet, increase your cardio. get off the juice if you don't mind, and check bw again in 2-3 months. give it your best shot and see how much your chol can improve. if everything gets back to normal, then thats all you'll need. if chol is still no good, your doc may discuss meds with you. you may also have to look out for other risk factors like bp, sugar, smoking...
if you want to go for further test, then a stress test may be more accurate than a resting ekg.

Sounds like me 2010-2012. After several ER trips during that period, 2 24 hour monitoring stays, more than a few ekg's, an ultrasound, chest x-rays, and a ct my doctor gave me xanax. Basically told me I was tripping and just needed to relax lol. I did find out that my left ventricle walls are slightly thickened and I have very mild pvc but absolutely no sign of a heart attack now or in the past.
It gave me peace of mind which in itself brought down the anxiety. It also cost me close to 10k AFTER insurance and I have good insurance. 2 nights in the cardiac unit was about 45k. Was it worth it? Yes. I think so. I don't worry about having a heart attack anymore. You can't put a price on that. GL man. Hopefully its nothing.
Small muscles deep in your chest wall binding up can cause heart attack like symptoms, too.
