Female vs. Male pedophiles: Equally disgusting?
Why is our system so soft on female pedophiles? Seems like they get a slap on the wrist. Maybe it's the male judges? I know most men comment with "Stupid boy, shouldn't have told anyone! You got lucky as hell!".
What do you guys think? I don't have or want kid, so I can't think like you dads.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I believe its like apples and oranges, a girl for example would be seriously damaged psychologically where the boy will probably boost his self-esteem! of course it also depends on age. to me its a shaky situation no matter how you look at it. personally I believe any adult man or woman should get the same punishment for abusing children. if there is anything I can't stand is child abuse.

The law is the law. There is no special law for women.
But for some stupid reason women are viewed as more trust worthy, or a victims across the board .
Not just child abuse cases.
If a women murders a man she claims to be the abused victim n only defending herself.
If a man cheats he's a dirty Dogg.
But if a women cheats its because the man wasn't there for her. ( come on really)
In divorce women normally get the upper hand. And viewed as a victim.
In a child abuse case the women usually only gets a slap on the hand. ( Because they say boys can't be raped by a women)
But yet when a women sexually abuses a girl its the same slap on the wrist.
In my opinion its all a bunch of BS. If you break the law you should be treated equally and sentenced in order to the law.
The court system treats women like innocent children that are incapable of understanding there actions.

pretty much sums it up. Its highly debateable, I really cant put an age on whether or no I wanted an adult woman touching my son. But the odds are very low of this happening. Good thing I don't have a daughter yet, that's a whole nother' story.
I guess if my boy was 15...and he had an encounter with a 20 year old. Id probably be able to live with it, but if he is still a young boy, hell no, id press charges.

To believe that it's ok for an older woman to sexually abuse a child is sick. Who knows what this woman is telling the child. Who knows what she's making him hide from his parents. The possible shame not only lying and hiding but worrying about stds and getting caught. Boost self esteem b.s. Wait till the women gets caught and his friends and family find out he was being abused. Raped. What if the child wants to stop the affair . These women know its wrong and to think they are not just as perverted as men s a mistake. By the way I have three boys.

I dreamed of being molested by my mother's friends and some of my school teachers.
It's because of our social norms. As said above a girl would be damaged, where as boy would simply be happy and brag about it.
I think that if women want equal rights they should learn to take equal lefts. But I don't think they should be punished just as bad in this situation.
If I had a 14 year old boy, who had sex with his PE teacher, I wont be mad at all. If I had a girl, I'd be in jail....Last edited by DexterMorgan; 09-25-2013 at 08:53 PM.

Hmmmm.. My 14 year old can have sex with an adult and I don't care. Who cares what stds she might have. Safe sex hell I trust the adult that's molesting my child. What happens when your 14 year old gets her knocked up. Or your boy gets hep c. Won't happen because she's such a nice lady.

Where the damage in a young male may not show immediately, it will manifest at an older age. Traumatic events often lead to substance abuse and abusive relationships. It does damage a female differently that a male but bottom line it damages both substantially .

This is age-dependant I think. I don't see how a 15 or 16 year old boy would be damaged, at all... from having sex with and older broad. The complete opposite rather, especially over time... There's nothing traumatic about it if he wanted it and enjoyed it.
If it falls under customary law, absolutely traumatic, but statutory law cases, while very wrong and illegal, is not traumatic for a teenage boy.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I think it is much more situational than age. Yes age plays a big factor so dose emotional maturity . Also probably one of the biggest overlooked factors is the relationship between the two. I don't want my son having a one night stand as a teenager. I'm a realist but still. There are a lot of factors. At 14 or 15 some boys aren't ready for sex.

This happened recently to a family i know: mother works and leaves 18 mnth old baby boy home with baby sitter/maid...
at a point the baby develops what looks like herpes or some sort of rash on the mouth...
docs say its probably some infection of some sorts....
so parents decide to install CCTV cameras in the house to see if the maid was properly cleaning the feeding bottle etc...
What they found out has the mom living on xanax & lexotanil for the last couple of months:
baby sitter leaves the baby without food till hes really really hungry then she installs him on bed and proceeds to sit on his mouth for some sort of cunulingus (oral sex)....
Now tell me should this woman be shot or what?
Had it been in my house, she would have ended in the sea with a cement pair of shoes....
but then i never leave my kids with any strangers whatsoever...
