Injury Update

Havent been on in a while, all kinds of shit going on. I ****ed my neck pretty good, got a MRI and they found 4-5 bulging discs (c4 down) and thier hitting the nerves and pinching the cord (whatever that means) so thier giving me a epidural cortizone shot Oct 7. I was only 4w into my cycle so I just gave that up, right now in the middle of PCT, GD emotions just kicked in....pu$$y lol I havent done anything so Ive probably gained a good 10#, it sucks but taking time off from dieting, gym blah blah has been good but I really miss it to. So, at this stage I'm just gonna take it easy and when I can I'll hit it hard again and do the best I can.

Hey right behind me huh! I have four protruding in my lumbar region. One down on the bottom siting on some nerves. In 2010 OI had a spinal fusion. **** a neck brace for months in the heat
