    It just hit me.

    I'm putting the house on the market next week and moving back to SoCal once it sells. Yeah it just hit me that its happening. lol

    Funny. I spent all last night looking at Costa Rica, as a potential place to live for a few years. Super cheap. Land is cheap in some areas and you don't even need a permit to build a house, lol. Cheap labor, too. You can build a 2000 sqft home for around 35 grand.

    Short research, I'm sure there's a lot more to it, but almost seems stupid not to invest in a property there.

    As for Socal... I did that a while back. Was there for a couple years and became very sick of it. Great weather and beaches though.

    I've been there several times and going back at Christmas this year. It's amazing if you haven't been you should. We looked at some property there last summer but I pussed out.

    I think they have squatters rights there though.

    Lived there 10yrs and was glad to leave.The beaches were nice but I don't like the crowds.And property was way too high.

    I'd love to live in CostaRica. I've heard it's beautiful.

    I lived in SoCal before for almost a decade and left but if I want to really advance in my career I gotta go back. Besides i hate shoveling snow!!

    You're right though their gun laws BLOW
