hmm.. i havent done fasted cardio in forever.. it sucks too! except for after ur dun and feel like a champion at 0600 :)
Isn't the entire purpose to be in more of a calorie deflect only? That's always been my thought process.
Cardio is the devil. The thing i hated the most about the army was the dam cardio.
