    120/80 on the regular. Few weeks ago I was 150/90 but had a preworkout in me. I'm due to take it again

    Gave blood last week and it was 110/80. I'm usually between 110-130/70-80. My first cycle, this past spring, I was up to 160/80 towards the end.

    133/84 @ 82bpm just now

    I'm about 2 weeks off a fairly heavy cycle so it's coming down.

    That last few weeks of that cycle it was averaging about 160/100 @ 80bpm.

    My hr is normally in the mid 70's at rest and bp 130/80. I'm on propranolol 50mg XR daily. Really helps with resting pulse for me. It used to be near 100 but I also have a mild pvc which is also non existent on
    the meds.

    Mine varies depending on my mood. On a good day, I'll be around 120/80-ish; On a bad day I may be 140/90+, even with the BP and heart meds.
    Pulse is all over the place....but it's good enough for who it's for....
