    hmm i score pretty well.

    im surprised >44 push ups is excellent for men in their 30s considering i can easily do more than 100.

    im also surprised 2.2 x weight is good for leg press. for me that would be 451lbs. i can probably do 3 times that..

    It's kind of sad when you think about how many men in their 30's cant even do 20 pushups.
