Logic Of My Generation I Don't Even.... AAS Uni Discussion.

So we had a discussion in class today about "The Case Against Perfection"
Pretty much what we've covered was, genetic enhancement, abortion, implants, AAS, etc...
Previously we also talked about alcohol, tobacco and drug use.

All we do is talk in that class. It's called the Human Experience class.

So there was a question about pro athletes and Performance enhancement drugs. I said that it shouldn't be allowed in professional sports because it's unfair for natural players. I'm sure there is many pro athletes who use AAS. "But I think people should be allowed to use steroids if they want to assuming they are not competing in any sport"

The whole class looked at me like I was talking about meth and heroin.

From the previous discussions, abortions? okay, genetically modifying people? okay, implants? okay, botox? okay, alcohol? okay, cigarettes? okay, McDonalds/ junk food everyday? okay, getting high? okay, steroid use ?- omg are you crazy?

People who do steroids , use extreme diets, do extreme things are always looked down upon by most for the simple reason, they don't have the balls or the means to do it. Therefor anyone who dose do it is somehow bad or a cheater or a nut job. Jealous haters. Yep. Kids have been taught in their DARE classes all about LSD, heroin, extacy, meth, coke, pot, etc. for generations. They learn about how the government classifies them into schedules and what those schedules mean. Steroids are a schedule III right along with the hard narcotics. LSD is schedule I. A few of the others are II but most are III.

These people get a pop quiz depth education about a very complex and broad subject base. So they lump it all together due to ignorance. They see anabolic steroids as no different than the other scheduled hard drugs.

Methhead, crackhead, daytripper, painkiller addict, steroid user. One big happy family in their eyes. I don't talk about steroids with anyone who isn't already well educated on the subject for this reason. There aren't a lot of them.

Steroids atleast give you some benefit healthwise and cosmetically. Pot, alcohol, and cigs are for losers. They literally go "WHAT THE ****!!!???!?" the ignorance is incredible. They don't even realize how many people are on steroids. I can point to a guy in the gym who's shredded and full with 22" arms and say that dude is on steroids and they'll say he doesn't look like he's on steroids.... well what does a dude that juices look like?

i will certainly tell people not to drink while driving or smoke in my presence....it does effect me. i actually wish i weren't such a polite *****..i hate when people smoke around me, but i never tell them to stop...it really bothers me.

definitley strong, but i honestly dont think he's stronger than a guy like efferding, who is one of the strongest in the world, outweighs mike by 50 pounds, and is shorter...and more lean.
Stan also focuses more on pl than bodybuilding from what i've seen. either way it's obvious ike is nowhere near natty.
