I don't watch wrestling and when I've seen his character on there, I am annoyed. But every video I've seen of him outside of his work environment, he is a classy, respectful dude.

I've heard stories about how Cena will politic backstage in wrestling in order to keep other people from getting to the top. It really wouldn't shock me if he's entirely different from the person that he portrays in public appearances.
The guy is one hell of an athlete regardless of what his personality is. Few people can do what he does.

I honestly don't know how he can manage to maintain the diet he has with the schedule he keeps. The guy is on the road a lot. And when he's not on the road wrestling, he's doing promotional and charity work for the company. How does he manage to hit his macros? And how does he even have the energy to hit the gym after having to do all of that?
Plus you got to figure while maintaining that kind of schedule, he's constantly getting pretty badly hurt from all the wrestling. I know there is no way I could live that way of life. I think I would literally die from pain and exhaustion a week in to it.

He just came back from a tricep tear. Was supposed to be out after surgery 6mos, but just came back from only about 2mos.

Here is an article I found on how much those WWE guys can bench.
Cena's best is 465. Big E benched 575. Kane's best was 525 without a shirt or wraps. The Big Show can bench 500 for 12 reps.

Lol. I had it muted because I was listening to Lionel Richie's "All night long".
Kinda weird watching it with that song going...~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~
