I have before when I had the time. But im in the gym in my spare time or eating now so I don't get to hunt much anymore. I don't have land either so unless I go with a friend or book a guided hunt which I have done both I wont hunt. Just too much preparation and more money I don't have. Fun though, very fun to bow hunt.

Hunting for me is more then just the meat.
It's about the experience of the hunt, the know how to find, track movement n effectively hunt.
Yes it can be expensive, but it's really only as expensive as you make it.
I've seen guys spend a fortune on hunting and never get that giant buck.
While others spend pennies and have great hunts.
So to those who want hunt but have yet to pull the trigger. Get up n get out in the woods.
Experience the thrill of the hunt.

I went bow hunting for the first time ever yesterday actually. Didn't see anything and obviously didn't get anything. My buddy lives for it and said I needed to come. We grabbed my 5 year old son and went.

I have for many years. You don't have to pay a ton of money for a lease or beg friends to hunt their land. I have hunted on both my land (we own it) & public state hunting land. It costs very little to hunt on public state land, just make sure that your license is current the game wardens will be checking.
