Sadly I don't have a picture but people in the gym I frequent have been wearing these masks that make it harder to breath while lifting.

I could see the benefit during cardio but don't really understand with weight training

It's an alternative to altitude chamber which are expensive to rent. A lady used for training to climb Mt Everest. She was maybe 60 at the time and made it to the top. Very inspirational woman!!!
