    Why They are allowed to breath

    Hey Physio-Sport,
    The reason is simple. Thier allowed to exist so you can tell the idiots and morons from those of us that know what they are talking about.
    Just the other day I had someone mention to me that the bad thing about working out was if you ever stopped all of the muscle that you gained would turn to fat. After explaing to him that obtaining lean muscle mass had nothing to do with gaining fat that shitty diets and inactivity were uselly the main culprite, I still don't think that he really got the message. So I just smiled and told him I guess I better not stop lifing!

    Gotta to agree with you guys and what is it with this "If you ever stop training you get fat"

    Lets face facts if you stop training and continue to eat the same diet -yes you will get fat b,c you are not burning the cals

    If you stop your training and reduce your cals accordingly muscle tissue will break down and is absorbed in the blood stream

    Let,s take an example a broken leg it does,nt get fat whilst it is in plaster it gets thinner b,c the muscle is not being used and therefore becomes thinner an extreme example but that is simply defining it

    Also how many BB do you know who stop training 100% dead they can,t its part of the person they are so normal people.......get real!!
