Different.. Tabasco is great too. Thing with siracha is you can mix it with other hot sauces too. I often mix it with a Louisiana hot sauce..Quote:

Aww, man. I hope they get it squared away! I keep a bottle or two at work in the fridge and half of the maintenance dep't is hooked on it. Most of them can't pronounce it, so they call it" rooster" sauce because of the label.
