    gym shoes?

    So gym shoes have been mentioned several times lately and im interested on anyones advice. I know theres diffrent ones for deads and squats. But are they worth buying? Are they affective?

    I like Otomix brand lifting shoes. They fit like wrestling shoes and give me a better feel while doing power clean or dead lifts or just doing whatever. But not running.

    I hate spending money.

    Barefoot or Vans for me. Flat soled shoes with no cushion. Chucks are ok but don't fit me as good as Vans.
