Although Arnold wasn't natural, the drugs and dosages he used were much lower than some of the cycles guys on this board are running. It was his genetics, drive, dogged determination and self belief that took him to the top and kept him there. His intelligence and charisma did the rest.....Arnold is "plain and simple" the whole....damn...show!! Sorry Kev, if you can quote Booker I decided to quote RVD

If only I could look like him....
There is no bigger Arnold fan than the Capital. I am in agreement that arnold was awesome in his time and he still is. I would like to know what the heck he was taking way back then. Why is it that in this day and age we believe more is better. Look at what Arnold was able to acheive on what he was taking.
Long live Aaahnild.

Arnie got in a motorcycle accident yesterday and broke a few ribs. He is recovering nicely in hospital now.

HE also didn't hide the fact of his past ... although he won't just freely advocate such a lifestyle ....
But this is why he never ran for office .... It may have served him well and with Jesse ( the body : what body? ) Ventura in , he was a shoe-in ... You may see Arnold become Mayor or something when he gives up movie making ... like clint although Clint E. is still making movies .... he is older than Leather and looks like it too ....

Arnold is everything i want to be and everything i'll never be
He is the KING! i don't care is ronnie is bigger or can lift more. Put arnie up to the people in his time and he blew them away, even more so then ronie blows away the 10 th place guy. Arnold had unparalled symatry (holy shit my spelling) and definition. check this page out

I agree with BigKev. Arnold had the greatest physique of all time. Nobody else has the elegance and symmetry that he had. Not today or in the past. The masses of muscle these guys have today are not nearly as good looking. At 6'3", his body is what I strive for. He is the MAN!

I have to agree with big Kev!
Have you seen the 1980 comeback?
Make the comparisons yourself!
even chris dickerson and frank zane were in superior shape
to Mentzer!
However I still wouldn't mind looking like mentzer...hmmm
no I wouldn't , he's just a little guy , give me arnie physique
anyday, gap between the teeth and all(hehehe)
Has anyone seen the early years? Ive got some 8mm of arnie
