    i ask myself why am i now just hearing bout this stuff? i heard about it on the news and feel like ive been living under a rock for just now finding out about it.

    Saw something about it on the news yesterday actually. Some guy started a web site for people to upload videos of ex'es, etc
    No doubt he'll be sued and it'll be down shortly, if it's even still up.

    There have been some court cases already in similar cases where the plaintiff (the one in the video or pic) was awarded settlements. It's difficult though because ownership of the video gives the owner more rights than the person in the video.

    Yeah there was a guy who owned the website where u could post these pictures. Then there was a guy who owned another website where u pay around $300 to have the pics removed/page taken down. What the people didn't know was that the same guy owned both websites so he was just extorting those poor people.

    SUCKS!!! happened to my current wife. Jackass she was married to before hacked her fb and put pics on it and changed the password so she couldn't take them down. she was friends with co-workers, friends, bosses, even her kids teachers and their friend's parents. There is a special place in hell for people like that.
