Yeah little weird, but I guess it may be pretty normal for OC California.
I dont no im on the fence. the dad is a professional and probs did not even charge them saving them like 20grand. Its just surgery and he probs saw them naked when they were babies anyway so no shock there. If it was something to do with there box now that would be wired
