A good friend of mine is a former Seal Team 6 member for years. It's a lot of cardio and a strong mind not strong muscles.
Animals... That would be great to have done back in the day. Anymore I have no doubt it would kill me.

I was stationed at North Island where they have the Buds training.We Marines would be sitting at a table drinking with our wifes.When one of those dummies would come up hitting on one of the wifes.They always got their ass kicked.They forgot 1 thing they weren't a Seal yet and didn't have all the training.I can safely say that was one crazy club.Man I miss the good ole dayz:)
