Enemas/Detox for 'shrinkage'?
Serious topic.
I have a bit of a distended belly going on. Even when I was at my leanest (~ 9%), it was still prominent. It could simply be visceral fat. Or, could it be years of food abuse built up?
Have any of you heard or have first hand experience with detoxing and/or receiving an enema to combat this particular problem? Would it be completely useless? It certainly couldn't hurt (well, maybe a little, haha).
Thoughts?

A few years ago I did a little research in this direction but not for the reason you state. I don't think ANY harm would be done just not sure about the belly issue being helped. Maybe your belly is full of worms.

i haven't tried it myself, but i imagine the only thing an enema is good for is to remove fecal material from the colon. so unless you're "full of shit", i don't think it will do much else

Don't get too hasty. Those pics are meant to promote sales. So may not be very objective. Wait for MI to comment. I got a feeling he will call it bs. Literally (too).
