Do you stock up on food for upcoming cycle?

I've been stocking up on rice, sweet potatoes, fish, nuts etc in anticipation of a run in the near future. Just curious if others do this or I am just weird

I don't, but if you find a good deal on food, why not?

As far as food, I shop on the weekend for what I'll need the next week. On the other hand, I've stocked up on all supplements, pins and PCT stuff well in advance of my upcoming cycle.

I do for certain non perishable items such as brown rice, lentils and oats. Sometimes I will also buy meat in bulk and freeze it. I actually kind of enjoy doing it, I enjoy the preparation of enduring an upcoming cycle knowing how big I will get.

I always keep plenty of dry goods on hand. A friend of mine buys and sells cattle a couple of times a year so I generally buy a side. I do buy up a good bit of skirt steak, flank steak, chicken, 93/7 ground turkey, and 90/10 ground beef at the grocery if the price is right.

Second that! Great source of lean protein! If I get a couple of decent size deers, I like to get one cut in roasts, back straps, sausage ect, and one strictly ground and steaks. End up with about 60 lbs of ground and steaks. Great for bulking.

Nothin' some Tabasco sauce can not fix! You got me curious about grouse now. If it is anything like the whiskey I'm sold.

I stock up on meat all the time. Buy 10-20lbs at a time of chicken breasts or extra lean ground beef.

Rabbit has no nutrient value at all. You can eat 10 rabbits a day and will still starve to death.

Always have a freezer full of moose and elk. Not a big fan of deer besides jerky. I find having all of the meat in your freezer just allows you to get bored and want something else though. I probably haven't touched wild meat in 4 months.

Why would you only eat enough to fuel growth when on cycle? I don't change my food intake based on whether I'm cycling or not. Setting yourself up for the stereotypical blow up then deflate again response. You should always eat to fuel growth. On or off. So my answer is no. I stock up on dry non perishable foods or things I can freeze when I get a good deal but that has nothing to with cycle schedules.

Two freezers and a fridge combo in garage, plus the one in the house. I just always keep them relatively full. Plus some dry goods. I live in the middle of no where though.

I personally don't like putting meat in the freezer. I'd rather go to the store every day or every other day than ruin the texture of perfectly good meat by freezing it. Besides, I really don't have enough freezer space to store a month's supply of food even in the standing deep freezer. Roommates suck.

I buy 20 to 40 lbs of chicken and other meats and bring it home and devide it up into portions mark it with the what it is and date. Nothing beats a good sale and bulk price. Whole slab of fillet mignon $5.99 lb
    Yum
