    Aus well done, much deserved i.m.o, I only recently realised how many articles you have contributed which is a very time consuming process so Id like to tank yiu for that also, and the women how could we forget that, wit the women alone you would of stilll been in the running lol

    Marcus, not taking anything from you but if I could of gotten a bookie to take a bet on you being up then id have nade a substabtial, your training info is given from personal experience and you help me straighten a few exercises by using techniques I had overlooked
