    Just been wonderin about a few members on the board that I havent seen around in some time.. Curious if anyone has spoken to them or has any info...

    Tron has been keeping busy. I talk to him frequently. He's been dropping his bf.

    I'll check on Cape. Haven't spoken to him since Christmas.

    He is about 9-10% bf according to calipers. Pics he sent me and I'd say that's pretty close. Definitely 12% or less now. He's looking at doing a show later this year.
