AR-R customer service - Real experience, 5 star service
I want to tell everybody here about the extraordinary service experience I just had with one of the.sponsors here, AR-R /RUI.
I have ordered from AR-R many times over the past 14 months. I get all of my supplies and many of my supplements and ancillaries there.
I have never had the delivery at my door take more than 4 days, and this time was no exception. I placed the order on New Years day and their store was obviously closed but it went out the next day (wed). I had the delivery at my door by monday.
This experience was different because it was the first time they got my order wrong... and were out of stock on liquid cia. I got an email from them the very next morning that.said they were out of cia and had already posted a chargeback to my card for that.
I told them via email after I received the package that my shipment contained an incorrect item. They got back to me the very next morning, apologized,.and asked me to send photos of my shipping invoice, the products I received, and the shipping label. I emailed that and told them not to worry about it as I could still use what they did send. I thought maybe they'd just credit me the cost of what I ordered originally or something like that....
They emailed me back the same day and said they shipped the correct item out and gave me a tracking number already! They didn't even ask me to send back the product that was wrong.
That is awesome service. The only other online service that has equaled this in my world is Amazon. So, to anyone who has been apprehensive about AR-R or waiting because it might be 'shady', worry not. They are top notch.

I also have had nothing but great experiences. Only one issue with one product ordered and it was not only handled quickly and professionally but it was more that taken care of to my satisfaction. They defiantly went above and beyond.
You can find cheaper products out there but I don't think you will find the quality or service.

Lol. I only mentioned them because I had a similar experience there. I was a member of their club at the time though which costs $72 per year... Would it have been the same if I was just a regular customer? Don't know. I know arr doesn't charge extra for any service club so maybe youre better
