equipoise and anavar mix first timer
Hey I just recently decided to add equipoise and anavaar to my workout. I have never taken Any steroids before but my friend recommended them to me , due to the fact that I want to increase my strength and not gain to much weight. I do want to gain some size but only lean hard muscle. I'm starting with 100m of anavar a day , and 300m of equipoise twice a week. Was wondering if any one could give me some thoughts on whether this sounds good to someone like me who has never taken anything before.

bad cycle, swap the eq for test.. test only first cycle..

where's the test?
see, this is why friendly advice from friends is usually bad advice in this lifestyle. Take any of those two compounds, and your body will stop producing testosterone
first cycle always equals test only.

5 10" 170 lbs
Thanks guys I'll look into seeing if I can get a hold of some test, and cut the anavar down

5 10" 170 lb 25 years old. Been working out for four years , kickboxing and weight training. Bf is probably around 15-20 right now

Yeah but food won't help me. I am an echo, and a my metabolism is insane, I can eat and eat and eat, and I wiont gain weight, in fact I just lose it. My strength is been going down to recently. I need something to help me keep m,y weight because if I don't I just lose it. Its really frustrating when you are constantly working at something and your body just burns away all your gains as fuel

Not exactly sure what my body fat is probably less than that now I have abs so probably not much I guess

Let me guess, your trainer can also hook you up? Either he is an idiot, uneducated when it comes to aas or he is more interested in making some money off of you in sales. Either way it's time to find a new trainer who also knows about nutrition.
Yeah we hear all the time how someone is a ectomorph but 9x out of 10 it's diet related. You need to learn what to eat and when to eat it. It's not just a matter of stuffing your face. You probably consume to many empty calories. I use to think I was an ectomorph because I was 5' 8" 150 lbs for many years. I worked out 2hrs a day 6 days a week and could not get past 160 max. I wish I knew then what I know now.
