Kevin Argon accident
Anyone else hear about this guys accident...

Poor ****in guy man.... Strong too...what a shame...paralyzed for life waste down. He was in a Cross fit competition, apparently he fast dropped a bunked snatch, the weights took a bad bounce off loose plates too close to his lift and nailed his spine.

I'm sorry to hear of Kevin Ogar's accident (you misspelled his last name) it's a sober reminder that lifting heavy weights can be dangerous. My prayers go out to him. Thanks for sharing.

I read about the accident. With intense training comes risk. My best wishes to the man going forward. It's tough to keep a good man down. I'll wager that he keeps fit doing something.

Jesus....weight lifting can be dangerous.
I suffered a few injuries over the years...but nothing as bad as this.

Terrible. Wishing the best for him. Sounds like he's got a long hard road ahead
