gym closing :/
I knew something was amiss when they said no more contracts, it's month to month only. Just got an email they're moving and are no longer a fitness center, they are only allowing you to join ifyou'reenrolled in grgroup or fitness training! they've been remodeling and slowly having the group training take over everything, it's expensive but they have a ton of people participating, and now the month to month is really expensive so whatever, but I still think it's a shitty maneuver!!

I know what you mean. When I first started cycling, my gym was bought by a local douchebag gym franchise. And along with it came the douchebags, made me switch gyms.

I workout in my garage. Very minimalistic. I wish there was a gym near me

Idk where exactly you are in buffalo but steel mill gym on abbott in lackawanna is a pretty much straight up no frills gym. A few years back when I went there they had a boxing ring in the middle, Idk if they still do or not. I also believe their dumbells went up to 200 lbs. On the down side its in a basement so it looks like a dungeon.

I'll eventually have enough gear to workout in the basement, just not enough stuff yet it takes to long to get it done....I don't mind a basement, but I'm near the zoo so that's too far unfortunately...I do want to get into a boxing gym tho, but Abbott would be a haul lol especially in winter Lackawanna always seems to get slammed with snow!!
