    BAD BOSSES; a way out?

    i usually have 3 to 5 bosses at all times and every once in awhile one will hate me.

    People like that are on a power trip and probably have more issues in their like than you can imagine so they pick on others to make themselves feel better.

    Try to avoid them/him if possible.

    If everywhere you go, people seem to dislike you, It's time to look at yourself rather than others. Change your attitude and stop being a racist prick. Otherwise, you will always be the loser. Stop blaming everyone else and take responsibility for having such a poor attitude.

    When you get my age you will learn to just ignore people that don't bring anything positive into your life. That includes family, brothers and sisters if necessary. Acknowledge their presence as you need to, but they just don't matter. It' really that simple.

    Dealt with more than my fair share of dick head NCO's and SNCO's. Never had a problem with the officers. If you plan on staying in, try going for a warrant officer program or MECP, come back and make his life a living hell.

    well, it's all true. and i don't behave when i'm being treated badly. I am no dog; the more i am beaten the less loyal i become.... -in all fairness i was being very harsh. yes they have problems and yes i don't like them either because there is usually something about these types that causes disgust to well up in me. either that, or pity. people are very perceptive and an expression can do a lot, unfortunately for me... IMO, if you loose in love/life you loose in all. hey, my top boss is a major asshole when you piss him off, but show him your loyalty and you'll swear that he is working for you. shit, the boss i have directly over me keeps it 100 at all times, a complete professional that can cut through bullshit i would drown in. he's been a real help. and this next boss i'm about to be working with is probably a bad influence, but he is cooler than an ice cube. lol, life has actually been amazing. I've barely been at work these last 2 1/2 months, bosses keep letting me go home early and keeping the others. bosses are happy, (most of them.) and my schedule just changed, so i'll be working a lot more, but i'll also have the opportunity to have 4 days off in a row after ever 4 work days! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gu5JdmsLWVk i just can't piss anybody off like the other guy i work with has been doing, behave myself and stay loyal.

    Must read - "How to win friends and influence people"

    It will give you some techniques on how to deal with things like that. Personally, I listen to the book on MP3 about 3 times a year to remind me to be less abrasive with others and work on my people skills. Something to do on treadmill.
