    I'm curious to see what the general consensus is on Jerry Ward. I like his videos and I think he offers a lot of good advice based on real life experiences. In my opinion, unless you are very genetically gifted, most of what Jerry says here is true. It's possible that you will keep some of your gains with a solid diet/training program but once you reach your genetic limit, you aren't going to be able to maintain more than that without gear.

    Is he only talking about gains beyond natural limit?

    Steroid -induced muscle does not evaporate because it's made of some alien fibers that differ from non-steroid induced muscle.
