SuperBowl 48 - Critique the game

Game started at 3am my time. Guess I nodded, cause when I woke, it was in the 4th quarter, and Denver was gasping their last breath. Not sure what happened to Manning or the Denver D, but Seattle kicked some pony butt!

12 seconds into Q1, Peyton went to call an audible and his center snapped it over his head, Seattle scored a safety and it was really all down hill from there for Denver.

All in all a real boring game.

Yeah very disappointing from a 'good game' standpoint, although Seattle fans and the entire Pacific NW is satisfied. Lol

I agree, would have been much better with a shutout, 55 - 0

That would be even funnier if that was actually Peyton's dog.

For Seahawk fans. Sucked for everyone else who wanted to see a challenging matchup.

Classic case of the sports media and the over hype about Peyton Manning and the broncos. Manning is good. But put serious pressure and zero time to throw and you will see every qb go down.
I am not a fan of either but figured Seattle to win even with broncos making zero turn overs they still would of lost but it would have been close.

Arguably one of the worst superbowls I have ever watched! I'm sure it was great if your a Seahawks fan, but the last 7 SB"s have come down to the last minute of the game. And that is how it should be. Not a game of men amongst boys.

Yeah, but none of the Superbowl halftime acts ever actually play their instruments. It takes literally hours to setup a stage and mix the instruments in. The NFL gives them 5 minutes. People were giving Flea a hard time about this, but it's really not his fault.

I think it just goes to show you how much better the NFC is then the AFC.....

I never saw this game playing out the way it did.

    Awful!
I could have sworn that Peyton lost that game on purpose. He could barely make any completions and so many turnovers my head was spinning. Seahawks wiped the floor with them.

I read Peyton was blitz only 6 times. They got that pressure with their front 4 they had no shot at winning. I bought into the hype too.
