This day was shitty... Thank god I could go to the gym!
First a promotion I worked my ass off for, went to a lazy, ass kissing SOB in my department.
Then I go to the heart doctor and find out, he doesn't want me to do cardio anymore cause my heart won't slow down in rhythm.
I took the day out on my arms.....

Ive heard a few doctors say that b.s. before and they are proven wrong by everyone who does more cardio.

How was the tachycardia evaluated? ECG? 2D ECHO, MUGA? Was this a GP or cardiologist?

cardiologist... stress test ekg eeg... they ran the whole gambit. I have Premature Ventricular Contractions that only happen after cardio.... My heart slows down out of rhythm and takes about 12 hours or so to get back to normal.... of course I cannot sleep with my heart feeling like it is beating out of my chest....They got data to check... but the doc thinks it actually may go out of rhythm during the cardio....

that day is over!!! It's a new day. New set if problems with some mixed in from day before. but is a new day and where I am the sun is out (cold as hell though) look a bright side another day above ground..

I'll figure something out... may do laps in the pool to see if slow cardio will work...Life must really suck if you can't do cardio ever again.

Did they make you put on the 24hr monitor to see if it's really brought on by exercise or does it come on at random?
