I usually don't start threads about bullshit life problems but it just overcame me I can usually handle it on my own. My job keeps fukin with my paycheck for bullshit reasons it really stress me out last week I only made half they tryin to say I didn't make a deposit but I did called and got my money back on this pay period. Wife has quit smoking which she is ill as hell now I'm glad she quit but godamit she can be a ruthless bitch sometimes. I appreciate everyone's feedback.

Exactly Marcus. I think the higher androgen levels are increasing and intensifying my moods. When its good its great and when its bad its horrible. Self control is key like u say. Yeah actually I am bro thanks. I've just set the problems aside out of my way and not worried about it and looked straight ahead. Not lookin back. Its been a pretty good day I got a good hard training session in felt pumped noticed some small gains that helped boost the confidence and stay positive. Getting used to this anabolic/androgenic levels has been quite a challenge lol but I'm settling into my groove. Its gonna be ok I think.
