    Im sick of water

I have a really hard time getting water into me these days. I need some new ideas. Flavours, certain container that seems to trick your mind. Anything.

What about adding BCAAs? I drink a gallon of water a day (when I'm not traveling). Many times I'll dump some BCAAs in there. I have a grape flavored one that is awesome.

Good idea. For those that need some sweetness, I recommend stevia.

I also find cold/ice water much more refreshing than room temp water. In fact, the colder the water, the more I'll drink it.

I like putting bottles of water in the freezer until it starts to ice up, and has all those little ice pieces in it while you drink it.

Get some lemmons or lime and slice them up and put in your gallon jug, gives it some flavor, not great but it works.

Agreed lemons are great, I tried cucumber slices, it was ok but not as good as lemons. I don't have any issues with water, in fact it is all I drink. Occasionally I will have a soda but water is my main fluid intake.

^^^I Like lunk's idea, it's what I do with a similar product. For some reason a mildly sweet taste makes drinking 6 liters of water so much easier

    Lunk,

What's the sugar content? Actual sugar or artificial sweeteners? If the latter, which one(s)?

I don't have this problem but I would go with sweet tea or some of those flavor drop things lol
