    House to my self

    It's warm and raining out side. No kid no wife under foot. I decided to cook and eat all day.
    Started the day with eggs and whole wheat toast a shake and some Greek yogurt. I then moved onto salmon steaks on the grill half inch cut fresh caught and flash frozen. By myself. Had those ready to eat at 10:30
    Had those with roasted almonds while the grill was hot I had a piece of BBQ chicken. Jest took a two hour nap UN interrupted. That's rare for my house.
    Woke up had a shake. About to eat a frozen twix then go pick up a few lobsters to cook for dinner.
    Wife says they will be home at six. Three more hours of freedom.

    It's been great. Not that I'm a slouch when it comes to doing things around the house. But 0 pressure is nice
