Agreed. Thankfully I don't have one in my town but do have a couple of other chains and a couple of independents. One of the independents makes the tastiest coffee I've had in a long time.

Now, you want GREAT coffee? Head to New Zealand. As long as you don't mind it's still the 1950's there.

Hahaha nz is more modern than aus. They were one of the first to allow the homosexual to marry. Adopted there natives cultures. Etc etc There pretty adept to change over there
